What do I need to play Magic Game Night?

1) Internet connection 2) Computer with a webcam and mic 3) Pen and Paper 4) You need to invite your friends for a fun and magical virtual experience.

What platform does Magic Game Night take place on?

We use Zoom for Magic Game Night. Every player will need to download Zoom and allow Zoom to access their webcam and microphone. We do not provide Magic Game Night on any other platform.

Do I have to have a Zoom account?

No. We have an account and you will join our scheduled Magic Game Night. But remember each player must allow Zoom to access their webcam and microphone.

Do I have to have my camera on during Magic Game Night?

Yes, of course! All of your friends will want to see you while you are playing against each other.

Can I play Magic Game Night on my phone?

For the best Magic Game Night experience you should play on a computer, not a tablet or phone.

How many players can play at once?

In order to get everyone involved in Magic Game Night there is a maximum of 12 players (not 12 devices) allowed. Each person playing is a player. If there is a family of 4 playing on 1 computer (device) that is 4 players. There can be a minimum of 2 players (people) playing against each other for the really competitive ones. :-)

What ages can play? Can children play?

Magic Game Night is a family friendly experience kids can absolutely play. We do recommend the kids be over 7 years old to be able to participate in all of the games.

What games will be played?

We can’t give away all of our surprises. There will be a mix of trivia, optical illusions, and even interactive challenges.

How long is Magic Game Night?

Anywhere from 60-90mins depending on the amount of players and the competition.
